Who we are

This website is run by Shivam Property, an authorised channel partner, which decides how your details are used (the “Data Fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we keep your name, mobile number, the home or interest you chose, your budget band, any message you write, the page you sent it from, the page that sent you here, and the ad campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source, gclid, fbclid).

Why we use it

• To call, WhatsApp or email you about Godrej Global Business City: brochure, site visit, or the home you asked about.
• To share your enquiry with the developer’s sales team when you ask for a site visit or booking.
• To understand which pages and ad campaigns bring enquiries.

We use your details on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Who sees it

Our sales team; the developer, only for your enquiry; and the service providers we use to host this site and manage enquiries. If you send the WhatsApp message the form prepares, WhatsApp handles that message under its own terms. We do not sell your details.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how visitors scroll and click so we can improve the pages; it masks what you type into forms. We also keep an anonymous visit log (page, where the visit came from, phone or desktop, and a random browser id) to count daily visits. These tools set cookies or browser storage to count visits, measure which ads lead to enquiries, and show our ads to people who visited this site before (remarketing). When you send the form, your email and mobile may be shared with Google in hashed (scrambled) form to match the enquiry to an ad click. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

How long we keep it

For up to 24 months after your last contact with us, or less if you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

How we protect it

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to our team.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, update or delete your details, withdraw consent, or stop calls and messages. Reply “STOP” on WhatsApp, or contact us using the details below. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
